You and your group are in our kitchen! Our restaurant chef will prepare a 4 course gourmet, authentic Bolognese dinner for (minimum 4 people) right before your eyes. Many have said their CIBO experience was the highlight of their trip to Italy. Check our reviews!
We are a cooking school but we are also a restaurant! The chef Owner Stefano Corvucci owns Trattoria Del Rosso in Bologna which is a down-home local trattoria in historic downtown Bologna. The CIBO cooking school reached by walking through the trattoria. A trattoria A trattoria is less formal than a ristorante, the service is casual- CIBO the restaurant is a totally different experience! Here the food is more "upscale" yet still relying on simple regional ingredients. Besides a more elegant presentation of cuisine you will be part of the "dinner process!" To make a reservation just email us. You can cook if you like, by assisting your personal, CIBO professional chef. The chef will demonstrate cooking techniques and provide information about ingredients and the culinary history of Bologna. If you are not interested in actually cooking and are more of an “eater” than a “cook” just relax and leave all the work to us!
You can cook, if you like by assisting, your personal chef, who will be demonstrating some of the dishes you will be eating that night. If you do not wish to participate no problem! Just watch, learn and enjoy!
